Accessibility Assessments (Rick Hansen Foundation)
Conducted numerous accessibility assessments for commercial properties, including projects for Canada Post, and performed on-site LiDAR site and building scanning.
Canada Post and Purolator, Western Canada
Conducted comprehensive site and building inspections, reporting all issues to the Prime Engineer.

Prepared structural as-builts for Scotiabank and the underlying parkade structures to support future expansion projects.
Ghost Lake Community Recreation Centre and Cottages, Alberta
JLCI delivered a highly hands-on project management approach for this $20M+, 10,000 sqft Recreation Centre, overseeing all day-to-day operations.

His background spans prime architectural firms and Canada’s largest retailer, with proven expertise overseeing engineering teams, contractors, subtrades, facility operations, and comprehensive on-site inspections.
